The belt cutting machines are predominantly utilised to accurately cut the handle or loop which are then sewn on to the jumbo FIBC bags for easy handling and transportation. The handles are originally manufactured in needle loom machines before they are further processed in belt cutting machines according to the size and function of the jumbo FIBC bags. The process begins with placing the roll at one end of the belt cutting machine. Next, the rolls are effectively measured and marked by programmable logic controller system present in the machine. Today, the advancement in technology allows manufacturers and traders in the HDPE/PP Woven Sack Industry to cut the maximum number of handles at minimum wastage using electronic dashboards fitted in the machine. The accurately measured and cut handles are collected from the other end of the belt cutting machine which marks the end of the whole process.
