The High-Speed Roll-to-Roll Gusseting Machine delivers precise “M” or “W” side gussets on PP tubular rolls, including laminated, unlaminated, and BOPP. With advanced auto tension control, EPC, and web guiding, it ensures stable and high-quality gusseting at speeds up to 320 m/min.
The gusset bag making machine handles gusset depths of 30–100 mm and widths of 200–800 mm with a supporting center, twists and edge-shift gusseting. Optional micro-perforation enhances flexibility, making it ideal for boosting sack bag capacity, finish, and overall packaging efficiency.
