PP Woven Bag Pinch Bottom Machine is specially designed for PP woven rice bags, pet food bags, fertilizer bags etc. The BOPP laminated woven fabric cut pieces or rolls feed into the Pinch Bottom machine automatically, then cutting the bottom and folding, glue sealing and drying into pinch bottom bags. The bottom seal is strong enough to stay secure during fill, transport, shelving. When stacked on shelves, your branding and product specifications are highly visible. Pinch Bottom bags offer the same gusset size on all four sides of the bag, because of which, filled bags form a perfect square shape when stacked. This square shape provides a more stable base for the bags on the upper side of the pallet and ensures higher vertical stacking possibility. We also call it a stitch less BOPP bag.
