All lines offered operate as a synchronised unit. Meaning the stitching machine head, column of variable height, and feeding conveyor ensure bags are conveyed under the needle at the desired speed.

Machines range from a single thread chain stitch portable driven, to four thread double needle machines. It enables the appropriate specification to be determined to ensure desired seam strength and throughput.

To overcome the problems with manual feeding and maintain a consistent seam quality for millions of bags, a heavy-duty industrial bag closing machine with conveyor setup has been produced. What is a conveyor bag closing machine?
This is a total sealing line where filled bags pass through under a stitching head which travels up and down on a column, sealing every bag.
The standalone stitcher takes the bags one after the other and joins them manually, while a stitcher with a conveyor belt brings the bags continuously, so the lifting of the bags is prevented.
It includes the portable NP-7A closer, the AS 800/802 BC pedestal-column units, and the Auto Thread Cutting AS 800/802 BC-ATC system.
PP woven, PP laminated, HDPE, Jute, Hessian, Polyjute, and Kraft paper bags are sealed with the help of Cotton thread or Synthetic thread.
